The shrine sits comfortably along the pathway up towards it, the dry leaves signify the still yet winter season while the rest of the ground is either getting rid of the frosty cover or is being maintained by Gin's daily sweeping. He could of let another person deal with it but since it's the shrine's only opening that's accessible to the public, he has a need to maintain it himself to show that the family that's running this shrine is now slacker at all! "Comes an ever sweet morn" Gin closes his book as he rests on the shrine's bench, a book named "Everlasting summer" by a known P.A. Crowley sat beside him with the full intent to change his views on the summer life. "Personas...what are they exactly?" With a troubled expression Gin rested his onto his chin, contemplating their existence with half-ass dedication will get him no where. If Gin is to find the true source of corruption, then he'll have to find where it possibly started and by that judgement, Gin will have to get to the inverse more. "sigh, this is going to get me nowhere, I know what I can do now. Just have to get stronger to meet the quota since their getting stronger already!" As saying that, Gin notices the presence of his grandfather to his side, he was strangely calm now of all times. "So what's this about you sorting out a deal with that wolf?" Gin nearly got up and started to bow towards his grandmaster but the notion was waved away before even thinking about it. "Just give me one reason for it..." He was strangely commanding and before Gin was to say anything, he noticed a certain arrival...

Normally she didn’t wear different clothing, but wearing a long-sleeved white blouse with a blue ribbon tie along with a blue skirt which it was probably the strangest kind of clothing that she would wear when it was still the winter season. Of course, that text message from Gin would tell her that the first lesson would be at the shrine, so she had plenty of time to prepare as well. As she made her way on the road towards the shrine, most of the people there would stare at her as always which made her a bit uncomfortable as she was the foreigner amongst thousands of Japanese citizens, but she wouldn't have a care in the world anyway. She would pass by some people going to the shrine to pray though she never had time to pray to whatever Japanese gods they prayed to and there it was. The dojo that Gin’s family owned for quite a long time stood proudly for all of Japan to see though people would have paid more attention if they were getting a lesson from the masters there.
As soon as she arrived at the dojo’s front door, she would quietly open the door and there was a familiar presence along with an old man talking with Gin-senpai. “Oh, um…I am not interrupting anything important, am I? I am here for a lesson.” She would simply say though she felt like she would be interrupting their talking.

Kojiro just stared blankly blinking repeatedly at the princess as Gin decided to get up while holding on parts of his yellow kimono, "Isolde! Nice for you to come by! This is my grandfather, one of the strongest men in Japan, Kojiro Seimei" by those words, Kojiro regained his composure and started to grin madly at Gin whilst walking up to get a better look at both of them together. "huh, is that the girl you're going to pick?" the old martial god asked with intricacy which prompted an immediate and extremely formal response, "yes Grandfather" Gin even took the time to bow in front of the man who he highly respected. The interaction between grandfather and grandson was a little distant but always seemed to be warm when sparring, the two were fighting junkies as well as women admirers when talking to one another with a little light drink. "hmm, she's got a good face and looks like she's been practising fencing before, typical westerners..." Kojiro looked a little solemn but after looking at Gin's face, his expression changed on the fly almost instantly. Kojiro knew that if Gin wanted the lass as a student then it would mean either two things, he intends to date her and perhaps make her his wife or she's a key person for his future of becoming the next head. Kojiro decided to gesture both to come into the training dojo a little ways away, with a bow of respect Gin followed without word. Until reaching the front entrance, Kojiro stopped and turned, "WaterHawk is through here, careful on what you say and do, he's an elder and is strong", Gin just took his wooden Geta and cloth overcoat off while making his way through to the training hall.

The old man was actually Gin’s grandfather and that she too would bow in respect towards the strongest man in Japan. “Pleased to meet you, Kojiro-san.” Most people would have been intimidated by the man’s strength, but for some reason she didn't really feel any intimidating aura anywhere. Kojiro must have been training really hard to be the strongest man though it was all just dedication to one’s own training. As a swordswoman herself, she had a long way to go before she could even reach her brother’s level and even then, she would hope to get better at fencing somehow. In some way, Kojiro-san reminded her of her own grandfather where he had always had that strict air and never tolerated nonsense except where there were days where he would have fun with his grandchildren. Either way, martial arts was definitely something that she could practice more on since it was a new type of fighting style she could partake in.
Gin’s grandfather would comment that she had a good face, but looked like she was practicing fencing which it was typical of westerners. She couldn't blame him since she was taught fencing back in her own country when she was young though the typical easterners had martial arts as their way of self-defense. The old man would motion for them to follow him to where the dojo was and that she would follow after them to the entrance. The dojo was just a short walk away and that once they would arrive at the entrance, Gin’s grandfather would stop and tell her senpai that a guy named WaterHawk is an elder, but he is really strong.

The inside of the dojo was the same as always with the always fresh looking wooden floorboards, the sounds of Gin's feet thumping the floor or creaks as it gave way were non-existent even when the training hall had such an old and/or decrepit look to it, the building was still standing strong and tall like before with only some minor discrepancies like the wooden plaques to show who's using the hall only had five people's names on there. Hayato, the WaterHawk Nariko, first daughter of Tatsuo Natsuko, second daughter of Tatsuo Ren, secretary of the Mizushima clan and finally Tatsuo, the current head of the Mizushima clan They were all lined and sitting down apart from three, Red was standing beside Tatsuo while the two girls were never to be found. Gin only scoffed as he noticed both of the girls hiding above him, clinging onto the ceiling like some monkeys who think Gin hasn't spotted them. Gin was beside Isolde but he was sure that both of the girls were targeting Gin as they really tried to cover their presence. Ultimately Tatsuo grunted at looking at his daughter's tomfoolery and was about to call them down until Hayato spoke up. "Lovely to see that young master was looking well, is your girlfriend the one who's to take tutelage from I, grandmaster Waterhawk?" Gin's brow twitched at the level of presence the old man gave, Gin almost wanted to just smack him around the head for trying to intimidate both of them with such half-assedness but finally bowed with respect to all three individuals present. "It is a true honour to be in the presence of both Grandmaster Hayato, Headmaster Tatsuo and secretary Ren"Why did there have to be them of all people to come by? Don't tell me their going to try something devious here? I'll make sure Nari and Natsu will not try anything on my watch, I just hope Isolde doesn't notice the unique situation in front of her...

As they went inside the dojo, she could see a few more people inside which they must be the masters of martial arts themselves and that their names were Tatsuo, Ren, and of course her instructor Hayato as depicted on the wooden plaque. Only the girls that were mentioned on the wooden plaque were not present or so she thought as she looked up at the ceiling. There were two girls that were hanging on the ceiling which this kind of tomfoolery was not appreciated while they were in this old dojo. Of course, Master Hayato assumed that she was his girlfriend which she blushed a little at that comment or maybe he was just joking about it either way. The young lady bowed in respect along with Gin as she spoke to the masters of this dojo. “I am honored to meet such a accomplished master such as yourself, Master Hayato.” Nonetheless, she had to keep up a calm composure as such was her duty as a royal from her kingdom. As for the girls hanging from the ceiling, she decided not to tell anyone about it to save the embarrassment from happening.
“Um… Please refrain from the assumption that I am his girlfriend, Master Hayato. I-It’s not like I like him or anything!” She would stammer which made it look like she was emulating a textbook example of all those tsunderes in anime, but she did have to suppress those emotions for when she was under Hayato’s tutelage.

Gin smiled at the response from Isolde as he just ignored what the old man blurted, although his pressure was increasing Gin made sure not to feel any weaker nor stronger as he was now. Gin was silent and still until the three in front of him spoke once again but what met Gin was just a thundering thud behind him with to separate hands trying to grab him. With a sigh, Gin ducked and rolled towards the three now smirking masters, they seemed to enjoy the hassle they give towards the young master of the Seimei clan. from one grunt of the older sister to the "umph" of the younger, both girls ran towards Gin in trained speed. But with three steps Gin had already began his assault. First using Bo-Bup, a technique allowing him to seemingly appear out of thin air behind his two targets, he started to grin at the situation knowing how much they thought that this idea was going to work. "TOO SLOW!" Gin slammed his left foot down with impending force, a vein could be almost seen as he focussed his entire being into this one swift attack. With a sudden turn of his waist, his right foot seemingly moves uniformed to his body's proportions but from normal eyes the right leg just whips around much like the weapon of the same name and snaps back into place. Gin's right leg is curved and the palm of the foot is touching both the girls sideways, the force was strong enough that it sent both girls shooting down into the wooden ground and spinning uncontrollably, both having felt a full True Round Kick from Gin himself. Gin stand still with a more army stance, facing the three who were similarly stunned for a moment, "just because I've been to school doesn't mean in any regard that I, young master of the Seimei clan hasn't been slacking off..." Gin smiled like before, brightly while ignoring the secretary slowly moving to the lightly injured girls, to only comment that Gin held back enough for them to get damaged from the fall only. "right? Grandmaster and Headmaster?" Gin's smile didn't disturb them but rather made them laugh wholeheartedly. "I know that I can trust the shrine's future to a strong man like you! Whatever you way young master, I shall comply!" the Waterhawk stated, only to give a piercing stare right after, "But she still has to give a basic physical examination to start with, I want to see what she can do...alright girly?" the old man looked at the possibly dazed Isolde with a smile, this type of greeting for Gin from the two other families always to test his metal, not making him budge from his top spot even once whilst showing a lighter side when he always wins was now almost tradition.

Oh god, the two girls that were hanging from the ceiling earlier attempted to pounce on Gin, only to have him block their ambush and counterattack. Although it took her by surprise, she took careful note of the techniques that Gin used though she was quite new when it came to hand to hand combat. The various techniques that he used were unfamiliar to her since she was new, but it seemed like he was holding back so that he didn’t really give the two girls any serious injuries. Those two girls would have to think twice on trying to ambush Gin like that though his level of skill was pretty good even if he had school to think about. With that being taken care of, the old grandmaster would talk with her about giving a basic physical examination which she never even did hand to hand combat before.
Fortunately this dojo had some wooden bokken that she could use though it would probably feel odd to show the old grandmaster her current level of skill in the midst of her training with her own brother on fencing. ”Um… Yes, Hayato-sensei! I shall show you what I can do.” Picking up a wooden bokken and gripping it like a fencer would do, she would give it a swing and it seemed like its lighter weight could fit well into her swordplay. She would first demonstrate the lunge as she placed her back leg straight and her front leg bending forward before she would stab the air at the farthest range she could reach while in this attack stance.
She would next demonstrate parrying with the bokken which would basically be the same stance as the lunge stance though it involved pushing the imaginary fencing blade back for defense. Finally, she would demonstrate the riposte technique by stabbing the bokken while she would parry the imaginary blows that the invisible opponent would do. With her own agile speed, her blows would be executed with elegant grace but deadly to anyone that would challenge her to a real fencing match. When all of that demonstration was done, she would lower the wooden bokken and bowed with one hand to her chest.
“So…how was it, Hayato-sensei?” She would ask the old grandmaster though she was worried that it would look quite odd to someone that mostly used martial arts.

Gin just reluctantly allowed the master to do what he wishes, the old man appeared behind Isolde and witnessed her stunts with a bored expression. Her stance to the way she jabbed the air was frankly, pathetic, even Gin could do a better job and he didn't even know how to properly use blades. Hayato wanted to die after all this horrendous torturing Gin made him go though, watching back martial prowess to him was like seeing how sausages were made, just pure gross... Gin just leans his back on the wooden banister supporting the building while Hawk's grandchildren gently sat beside Gin, looking up at Gin with puppy eyes that earned them some pats on the head, he knew they had a little crush on him but he just treated them the same as Yukari. Perhaps even less then Yukari thinking back on it, Gin decided to continue to watch the master's face, the sight of a man on his deathbed was apparent with Gin just sighing in response. "It's terrible, you're feet are clearly facing the wrong way when preparing to riposte, you didn't breathe properly when handling the weapon, breathing in-between lunges helps for accuracy and just about everything else is dictated on the way your body uses the valuable oxygen within your bloodstream, your eyes weren't focussed enough, your arms lack the nutrients and training needed to wield a blade and especially the weapon you used is focussed on Iaijutsu, it is the art of drawing the Japanese sword, the katana, is also one of the Japanese koryū martial art disciplines in the education of the classical warrior, the samurai!" The old man was furious as he stamped his foot onto the floorboard, the ground itself shook in response but Gin, Nariko, Natsuko, Ren and Tatsuo all didn't even batter an eyelid while this old geezer was protesting. They all knew not to go near him while he rants and after the speech, the old man shown many sides of his ugly self. This aura of darkness, pure just like shadow encroached the lands in front of them all while none didn't care, Isolde could feel the old man's gaze tear into her as he continued, "Just what poor excuse of a swordwoman you are, who ever tried to show you the art of fighting should be turned to stone or have his head on my mantle piece! I've seen true ways of the sword but never have I seen such raw pestilence in front of me!". It was a given that gramps hated it, he's always been shown the best of the best, those who thought who can beat him or the other two grandmasters of the shrine were ultimately sent home in a funeral box. Gin just sighed at the harsh criticism but known, the old man was also putting on airs to just shame the girl, knowing your weakness is a good refresher for a person who believed was strong and/or possible to train in this environment. Although Gin himself made the arraignments, he still thought that if Isolde really wanted to grow in strength, Hayato would be the man to really train her into a goddess of war, while thinking this Gin just gave a small smile while covering his mouth, he didn't want Isolde to think he was laughing at her for what Hayato called "pathetic ability". Gin thought she did "well" at the very least.

If there was one thing that the Asians did, it was to defend their honor though it was entirely different because she was female. As the old man’s piercing gaze bore into her, it was obvious that he didn’t like it. He spoke to her in such a furious tone that another earthquake might have happened because of his anger though his tone was not a way to talk with a lady of her stature apparently. He would list the things that she did wrong: using the wrong weapon, having an incorrect stance, not breathing properly during lunges and the like. It was just like having a drill sergeant telling you to man up and start getting push-ups though this was different. Hayato didn’t like the display that she showed despite having been trained from her brother which she felt the need to defend herself from this ferocious way of tearing into her feelings.
“Hayato-sensei, please forgive me but I must defend myself from the harsh words you have given me.” She would try hard not to cry, but it was difficult to do so when you have been harshly talked to in such a manner from a person that was highly respected as a master of his craft. “My older brother was the one who had taught me fencing, so you have no right to call him a poor excuse for a fencing instructor! Although it is true that I still have a long way to go with fencing, but…I intend to defend Xander’s honor to the bitter end!” Once she realized that she probably would have thought her instructor saw that as backtalking, she didn’t flinch at the slightest despite being afraid that he would derail this further.

The old man folded his arms while the little mouse sung her web of words, he just nodded with an added Fumu while picking up two kendo swords and throwing the shorter one towards Isolde with conviction. "If you can talk like that then you must love that person enough, since you are in the presence of I, I will take this as a bout challenge!" Gin's eyes narrowed with anger, what is this old man doing and thinking?! Hayato turned his eyes towards Gin who was behind him, the anger and killing intent grew tenfold while even startling all of those around him. The two sisters instantly backed away with Tatsuo's eyebrows raising immensely, the same did Ren but with a more careful look on his face since this was Gin. The young master of the Seimei family was showing his clear disapproval but Hayato didn't worry, his judgement soured Gin but he soon just calmed down, thinking that if the old man was going this far for Isolde then it's gotta be worth watching and experiencing. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief as Gin's anger subsided, even the two heads were glad to have the rarely tempered Gin back so suddenly, giving Hayato even more drive to see this plan to the end. Taking a very unique stance, Hayato's long kendo stick was above his head while held by his right hand, the left side of his body was facing Isolde as he continued with a shout of determination, "STRIKE ME DOWN WITH TRUE INTENT TO KILL YOUNG LASS, AS SHALL I!" Hayato pounced forward, carefully not taking more steps then he should and weakening himself to an extent that he can be tracked by Isolde. He tries to land a side swing to Isolde's waist, how should she react?

Well…she knew that the old man would take it as a challenge though she wondered how far he would go due to his age and the fact that he had such a conviction to go far with it. She could feel Gin’s anger though it was quite obvious that he probably couldn’t interfere once a duel has started anyway. The two girls beside him were frightened that Gin might try to stop the old man from engaging in a potentially fatal sword fight, but luckily the blonde young man’s anger would subside for now. Since Hayato had clearly been training for such a long time despite his advanced age, she had to be very careful of his strikes otherwise she could get seriously injured by his blows. If there was only one thing that she had been taught to do, it was to carefully make precise movements to dodge and attack the enemy while utilizing the speed used in fencing. She would pick up the shorter kendo sword on the floor as she lowered the blade for what would happen next.
The inevitable soon happened as Hayato wanted her to strike him down with true intent to kill him and that he would do so as well. She would have hesitated since this was a man who was quite advanced in his years though hesitation would be the death of her. As the old man took on his own unique stance and then pounced forward, he attempted to do a side swinging blow to her waist. Though the logical thing to do would be to parry the attack, this was a very strong blow, so dodging was the only option. Immediately, she would jump out of the attack’s way and attempted to lunge at the old man, remembering to breathe properly as she did so. “As a royal from the kingdom of Nohr, I will gladly accept this invitation to a duel, sensei!” The determined tone that her voice adopted was clear that she would be enjoying having a duel with her judo instructor.
