Tetsuya kept far behind the pack, because he felt like he didn't belong. If only he had the guts to have just say no.. He sighed. He brought this upon himself, and there was no one else to blame. He watched the other three as he straggled behind. They looked like they were talking about some store closing early. Oh yeah they were going to the shopping district. Maybe he would slip away and go to his favorite shop and buy some millet. He could make some Awaokoshi for his mom and grandparents. His mouth started to water He hadn't had that in forever.
He looked forward at the group of students. They must be having fun. He shook his head he didn't care. Soon as they got to the shopping district he would sneak away. Not like they would notice him anyways. He didn't belong in their group.
